About
I’m a Northern Michigan native (Traverse City born and raised) professional photographer and filmmaker with a strong background in portraiture and commercial photography. I’ve also spent a lot of time behind the camera shooting products and 360° virtual tours. I grew up exploring the Lake Michigan shoreline and natural areas with a camera, and still love to capture all the beautiful outdoor photography opportunities that Northern Michigan has to offer. I’ve walked many different paths as a photographer, most recently as a teacher and consultant for photographers of various skill levels across the United States.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors – hiking, biking, and swimming in the summer, or skiing and skating in the winter! I also spend my time as a board member for a national non-profit, PreservationWorks.
